About ‘Prashanth Savanur’

Prashanth Savanur has been teaching Hatha Yoga for the last 7 years. Essential aspects which are covered in Hatha Yoga are Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana and Shat karma.

He is trained by his master in Rishikesh, Kerala & Nepal.

During COVID, more than 5000 students were trained by Prashanth.

He also promotes Drug-free or chemical-free life by adopting the natural way of living. Also, he shares some of the simple ways to treat chronic diseases using Yoga, Natural herbs & Acupressure.

It’s Online. You can join from the comfort of your home or attend the live sessions based on your location.
