We share traditional Hatha Yoga that is taught in Rishikesh. Different aspects of this are Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Shat karma, Yoga Nidra etc
We have 3 Online batches.
- 5 AM to 6 AM
- 6 AM to 7 AM
- 11 AM to 12 Noon.
Every month there will be an one to one session with the trainers. Here you can ask any questions related to your practice, health, profession, emotional issues etc.
