200-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training

Become a Certified Yoga Practitioner

TTC does not mean you have to become a teacher. TTC is to gain knowledge beyond the obvious. With our program you learn in and outs of Yoga with which you can lead a better lifestyle altogether.

Here's what our previous batch students have said about our program

Program Overview

Becoming a yoga teacher seems like a huge step, right?

Especially when you’re juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at you.

But here’s the truth, you can actually become a certified yoga teacher right from home with our 200-hour teacher training course that’s recognised by Yoga Alliance.

Learning yoga isn’t just about twisting yourself into a complicated pose or standing on your head.

It’s about understanding why we do what we do.

Have you ever noticed how a simple breathing exercise can calm you down in seconds? Or how certain poses make you feel fit while others help you sleep better? We’ll dive into all of that.

We have experienced teachers who were once at your place so, they totally understand your journey.

They break down everything from basic poses to ancient yoga philosophy,  in simple everyday language.

Plus, they will also teach you about Ayurveda and Acupressure techniques too.

I know online learning can feel a bit lonely sometimes. That’s why we’ve created this whole community of yoga practitioners.

Think of it as your yoga family, always there to support you, answer questions, or just chat about your journey.

And, once you’re done with the course, you’ll be ready to spread the yoga knowledge yourself.

Whether you dream of teaching at a studio, starting online classes, or just sharing the magic of yoga with friends and family – this certification opens those doors for you.

Remember, every yoga teacher started exactly where you are today. The only difference? They took that first step.
